AR-chery is a game you play with your body in front of your iPhone's camera. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does with that camera and with your data. The short version: everything stays on your phone, nothing is stored, and nothing is collected.

What the camera is used for

AR-chery uses the camera so that you can play with your hands. The picture is analysed on the phone by a custom on-phone AI. No picture, video or frame is ever stored, recorded or sent anywhere. When you close the app the camera stops and nothing remains.

The small live picture shown in the corner of the screen is drawn straight from the camera to the display and is not saved.

Data we collect

None. AR-chery has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no third-party software of any kind, and no network connection. It does not know who you are.

Buying Tournament

Tournament mode is a one-time purchase made through Apple's App Store, in the same way as any other app purchase. Apple handles the payment and the receipt. AR-chery learns only whether Tournament has been bought; it never sees who you are or how you paid.

Data stored on your device

AR-chery stores nothing between sessions. Scores are shown at the end of a round and are not kept.

Children

AR-chery is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either. The app opens with setup screens and only turns the camera on after a button is pressed, so a very young child does not switch it on alone.

Playing on a television

If you mirror or connect your phone to a TV, the picture goes to that screen through Apple's own AirPlay or a cable, under the same conditions as any other app. AR-chery does not send it anywhere else.

Changes

If any of this ever changes, this page will change first and the app will ask for any new permission it needs before using it.
